Sleeping habits

I’ve learned over time (and doing my own research obviously) that sleep is so much more than just getting the 8-9 hours of sleep. While yes, getting lots of sleep is incredibly important, what matters more is staying consistent in when you fall asleep and when you wake up because it helps keep your body’s internal clock (circadian rhythm) synchronized. A healthy circadian rhythm supports better sleep quality, hormone regulation, physical recovery, cognitive performance, and overall health. Pretty neat stuff, even if it’s kind of obvious.
