Gruins Greens Gummies

I usually like the Gruins greens gummies, they are really helpful for digestion and getting in more fibre for your diet. I typically eat them first thing in the morning and follow them with my breakfast right after but the other day I made the mistake of taking them without eating after and I started to feel really sick in my stomach. About 20 minutes later I threw up!! I will definitely continue to take them, just make sure not to make this mistake again.

Oh god--will keep in mind. I would recommend Goli's apple cider vinegar gummies & take 2 before bed on days that your stomach feels off. They're only like $12 at TJ Maxx too!
