how bad are sugar free & diet products for you really??
I get why people swap coke for diet coke and coffee syrups for sf coffee syrups but how bad are these SF and low cal products for the gut?

Was skeptical about this one but man does it work! Look up fascia release on YouTube and it will make a difference in your life. Also seems to help with stress and tension as I feel 10lbs lifted off of my chest after rolling out. Also targeting the hips seems to make the biggest difference for me.
getting to be where I wanted to be naturally in the gym was extremely hard for me for a long time. I am on the shorter side & I saw that as the reason I couldn’t lose fat to see muscle but that isn’t true. If you’re 5’4 or under you should focus on body recomp rather than cutting or bulking which was my first mistake. For shorter people, we also need a smaller calorie deficit (only 200-300) rather than slashing like 500–which could freeze your metabolism. For me, intuitive eating a balanced diet without restricting, getting 10-15k steps a day, pilates 2x a week (the pilates is extra), and upper body lifting got me to where I want to be. Walking is probably the best option for cardio and you might hate it in the beginning but you’ll grow to love it eventually! I also don’t really hit lower body anymore as I didn’t like the way it made my legs look but I had to give up some glutes. If you’re on the shorter side, getting to where you want to be is still possible trust me and goodluck!
If you're sick of the fake sugar (stevia, Splenda, etc) in your ninja creamis try this: -1 slate vanilla protein shake -1 tablespoon SF vanilla pudding mix -2-3 dates (blend these in on the first spin & you don't have to freeze them or anything)
Drop some good recipes please
Hear me out: I love a good sugar free product--SF syrup in my coffee, SF chocolate sauce on my ice cream, and don't get me started on diet sodas. I seem to be fine with my daily diet coke & sugar free root beer, but I've noticed in particular that this SF product really messes my stomach up. I'm fine with most other products but does anyone else get hit with the worst stomach pain and bloating from Hersheys SF chocolate sauce? It's honestly not even worth the taste.
I had the Kyleena 5-year IUD for about a month and it was the worst experience of my life. Stopped my period completely but turned me into an emotional mess. Sometimes felt bloated & crampy even though I didn't have a period but that wasn't even the worst part. I'm not a very emotional person a lot of the time but it had me crying over nothing on the daily. Had the worst anxiety and even felt a little depressed--which was completely new to me. If you have even the slightest bit of natural anxiety or depression to begin with I would stay far far away from it. The other symptoms I experienced included intense brain fog--couldn't even sit down and finish a math problem. I had awful nausea and constantly felt extremely dizzy which is also something I had never felt before. If you start a hormonal IUD like the Kyleena and start to feel manic, it might really just be the IUD. Felt like myself again 1-2 days after it was removed--I'm sorry if you can relate to this at all!
Noticed major improvements in mood & energy about 5 days into taking this!
Once you start taking melatonin will you need to take it every night to fall asleep? I am scared to become reliant on it.
Started taking this after I found out I was deficient in it through a blood test. I noticed that I was feeling sluggish and tired which improved about a week after starting the supplement. This is the exact one I take & I take it once every night. My doctor also recommended this one.
