Jump Roping for muscle definition & tone

Ok hear me out on this one: jump rope. I’ve been jump roping 2-3x a week (usually after a lift or walk) and the benefits are AMAZING. I have so much more definition, look less bloated, and it’s made me look like I actually work out lol. Give it a shot—best $5 spent on amazon. Also great lymphatic drainage and seems to even have an effect on my face kinda like a gua sha.
