less stressed
I take creatine and ashwaganda atm but I want to get a bigger supplement stack. Also trying to build muscle and burn fat but just overall be healthy
During every workout I take essential amino acids powder with my drink during my lift. I feel great after every lift and rejuvenated. Definitely something to invest into if you want the best results and recovery out of your fitness journey. The brand I’ve been using is pictured below.
Heard this makes some people unemotional completely is that true
Has anyone found a good substitute for melatonin? It makes me feel drowsy in the morning and it’s way harder to get up.
Never used a pre-workout before--interested in trying something that didn't taste like garbage, wasn't highly caffeinated, and possibly organic. Liked the idea of a nootropic (positive experience a long time ago) Taste was tart (not a bad thing), not 100% sure if it's making a difference. I did hit a couple PR's, but unsure if intensity of workouts masked any real effects

Took the Braggs apple cider vinegar everyday in the morning & tasted awful. Tried it for 3 months hoping it would help digestion and gut health but didn’t notice any improvements from it.

Also take this one with macca root. Not sure which one really works more or if they work together because I started taking them at the same time but they seem to help. Take it for hormones and once daily.

I usually like the Gruins greens gummies, they are really helpful for digestion and getting in more fibre for your diet. I typically eat them first thing in the morning and follow them with my breakfast right after but the other day I made the mistake of taking them without eating after and I started to feel really sick in my stomach. About 20 minutes later I threw up!! I will definitely continue to take them, just make sure not to make this mistake again.
Noticed major improvements in mood & energy about 5 days into taking this!

Once you start taking melatonin will you need to take it every night to fall asleep? I am scared to become reliant on it.

Started taking this after I found out I was deficient in it through a blood test. I noticed that I was feeling sluggish and tired which improved about a week after starting the supplement. This is the exact one I take & I take it once every night. My doctor also recommended this one.
