I’ve been working out for 2ish years, I do cardio 4x a week, and I eat generally pretty clean and am still struggling with stubborn belly fat. I was curious if anyone had any life changing tip on how they finally got their abs to really pop. I’m open to workouts, nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, etc

abs are annoying and tricky bc for a lot of people it’s the last place to lose fat. 🙄🙄 annoying right! But make sure you’re doing HEAVY ab exercises I like weighted ab crunches & do like 40-50ish lbs—just look up the form and see what feels right because a lot of people do them differently. Also super random but I find that when I drink a lot of water and stay hydrated I look more toned and it actually helps with bloating so try that especially with how hot the weather has been! Might want to get some liquid IV lol the rocket pop one is fire. 4 more random notes that helped me: jump rope—I do maybe 2-3 times a week for like 5 minutes and it seems to help with lymphatic drainage and can make u pop it’s seriously UNDERRATED. Next, walking a bunch (just to lean down) aim for like 10-15k steps a day if reasonable which honestly is something you probably already hit. Finally make sure you’re getting enough sleep and some supplements like creatine actually made me bloat and hid my abs even more so that’s a possibility if u use that. I’d say especially try the jump rope and weighted ab crunches you got this!
